1. About FranchiseTech
FranchiseTech is a digital food-safety and kitchen operations platform. It helps food businesses manage HACCP records, temperature checks, stock, recipes, and daily operations.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using FranchiseTech you agree to these terms. If you use FranchiseTech on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@franchisetech.ro if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Use of the Service
FranchiseTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business operations. You may not resell, sublicence, reverse-engineer, or use the service unlawfully.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring records are accurate, staff use the system correctly, and you comply with all applicable food-safety laws. FranchiseTech is a record-keeping tool — the food business operator retains full responsibility for compliance.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, violate others rights, or use FranchiseTech illegally.
7. Subscription and Payment
Access is provided on a subscription basis, billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Contact us to discuss refunds.
8. Availability
We aim to keep FranchiseTech available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or modify features at any time.
9. Your Data
Your data remains yours. We will not use your operational data for any purpose other than providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Intellectual Property
FranchiseTech and associated software and trademarks are owned by FranchiseTech. You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the platform.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FranchiseTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Your access will cease at the end of the billing period. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
